An Early Victory and creating a State of Flow.

I started coaching in 2009.

Here we are celebrating the Xiamen 10s with Shanghai after the Final in 2010. Players from Wales, Germany, Spain, France, Australia, Israel, England, Portugal, China, South Africa, and New Zealand, combining to create their own flow state and the source of inspiration for my continuation.

We went on to win this tournament 4 years running.
