Time & Space - no worries. Here's a simple exercise for any space & any time.
Short Bridge ( core, legs, shoulders ):
lie flat on the floor, knees bent
pull stomach towards the sky ( do not rest on neck, shoulders only )
hold & return to start
repeat for Beginner, Intermediate or Progressive as shown in diagram
