Time & Space - no worries. Here's a simple exercise for any space & any time.
Wall Pull ( arms, back, shoulders ):
feet flat on a stable floor
hold the sides of the wall
bend at the elbow (pull yourself towards the wall)
extend arms & return to start
repeat for Beginner, Intermediate or Progressive as shown in diagram
