The Dutch Connection: Floris van Oekel

Floris, the son of an emigre family, began his rugby in Shanghai before heading to Yorkshire to play out his career in one of the epicenters of English rugby. Seen here in his Rugby Netherlands U19 jersey, he also made a cameo appearance for the Black Dragon team in the Stockholm 10s in Sweden.
